On 27 March, 2017, Monika Duszyńska at the conference „Healthcare Provider 2017 – Key changes in the health care system” raised the issue of the hospital’s responsibility for clinical effects of treatment in the context of treatment continuation and drug substitution (primarily biological drugs). Monika referred to patients’ rights in terms of the choice of treatment method, EU regulations and guidelines of selected EU Member States on the issue of drug substitution, and the conditions resulting from the practice of applying public procurement law.
