The research project prepared by Lazarski University presents a proposal for a new solution to improve Polish patients’ access to modern drug technologies, in particular in the treatment of cancer. The report discusses the advantages and limitations of existing international and Polish solutions, presents the results of cost and value analyzes of drug technologies, and then comprehensively illustrates the new WDTL+ mechanism, which would complement the currently existing emergency access to drug technologies (RDTL).
