Monika Duszyńska in cooperation with Michal Kurzynski of KKLW Legal Kurzynski Wierzbicki Sp. k. have developed a guide to Polish legal regulations on medical cannabis and cannabinoids, which is a part of the international publication Chambers and Partners, released in June 2023. The guide contains important information on the conditions for the use of medical marijuana, its production and distribution, regulatory authorities, rules on the use of non-controlled cannabinoids in food, and decriminalization or regulation of recreational use of marijuana.
