On 22 March 2016 Monika Duszyńska took part in experts debate Vaccinations in Poland: dilemmas and controversy versus evidence-based medicine. What should be modified in the Polish vaccinations system?, organised by Instytut Zdrowia i Demokracji (IZiD), where she spoke about the statutory requirement to take compulsory vaccinations with respect to constitutional rights and freedom.

In November 2015 our law firm started to provide legal assistance to the pharmaceutical industry chamber Izba Gospodarcza „Farmacja Polska”. The Chamber is the first organisation in the pharmaceutical industry in Poland, associating manufacturers and importers of medicines, as well as wholesalers of medicines and medical devices.
