On 30 July 2019 Monika Duszyńska took part in a panel in a debate „Biologicals and biosimilars – to make savings in order to be able to spend more”, organized by the Polish pharmaceutical industry chamber Izba Gospodarcza “Farmacja Polska”.

On 24 June 2019, at a experts' debate on biological treatment and patients' rights, Monika Duszyńska presented her position. She emphasized that the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court on the substitution of biological medicines sets new standards in use of biologicals in hospitals and is a court precedent.
